A perfectly rideable but very steep route.

Don't enter the railway line to Accrington here - enter it further northwest! The path here is very narrow and unsuitable for cycling.

Adding this simply to show that choosing this route to cycle along would be a very bad idea. The north side is just about cycleable - but the south side is nigh impossible and very difficult even to walk on.

Why Shköder, Albania, is a cycling city - bikes were introduced by the Swedish consul in 1907. The only real infrastructure is plentiful parking, but that's enough for a strong cycling culture to survive.
