Broken racks - nice idea in principle to provide wheel supports against these stands, like on the left. In practice though they have turned out to be fragile.

Thoday Street racks. City rangers have helpfully cleared away an abandoned bike that was looking a mess. I've now asked them to remove the two old locks that are attached to the rack.
