With just a few weeks to go until the start of COP28, bollards removed for a COP26 event are just being replaced outside the Kelvingrove Art Gallery.
The cycle connection between Yorkhill Street and Overnewton Street now useable again, but still not signed to indicate the Traffic Regulation Order allows cycling through the otherwise closed to vehicular traffic section of road.
