These "No Entry" signs appeared whilst Wilton Terrace was being demolished and there was restricted access at the other end. However, that's long over and there's plenty of space now.
So are these signs still up to dissuade people cycling through, as has happened for decades (even before this development)?
Cars go through here all the time to get to the businesses at the back of the picture. So, it's clearly "entry for some".
