These half baked signs, which are shabbily fitted to lampposts were the County Council's disappointing attempt at encouraging cycle use during bike week. Although in the right spirit they are so shabbyily done that they look a right mess. Sign reads: "BEAT THE CONGESTION x minutes to the City Centre BY BIKE at any time".
