Along the Havel I found this useful system of "Knot Point" numbered route signs. This area West of Berlin seems keen to promote bike tourism.
Route 83: Görne 9.2km, Witzke 7.5km
Route 75: Stölln 5.6km, Neuwerder 2.9km.
