Red-mac cycle lane on Lawrence Weaver Road is used as a car park, with the driver of this metallic blue Honda Jazz with number plates LD07 TZT parking his "motor" right on a bicycle sign.
I would only find such give way to pedestrians ok if there was also a zebra crossing on the road so that pedestrians could move out of the way quickly by crossing the street. The cycleway should not be a waiting area for pedestrians wanting to cross the road.
