Second of two force throughs today, neither of which distracted me from feeling utterly fantastic on a bike in sunny, leavy Cambridge!
This is plainly going too fast for the road conditions. The person driving does attempt to slow but cannot get slow enough to stop behind the parked car. So clearly a case of going to fast and a classic case for introducing 20 mph limits for these kind of streets.
