UPDATE scaffolding is removed and the motor vehicle blocking resumes this blocking courtesy of @BT July 18 2016 twitter.com/GreenAlty/status/755027401621504000 Altrincham, Greater Manchester. Moss Lane near the railway station and Tesco has a contraflow cycle lane which is NORMALLY BLOCKED WITH CARS twitter.com/Cyclinstructor/status/464473017666777088 twitter.com/Cyclinstructor/status/471555770421895168 is now blocked with scaffolding. The superfluous signs indicate diversions. You should not be in this cycle lane approaching the junction because it is one way the other way! twitter.com/Cyclinstructor/status/471559980697812993
