Germany's answer to PUFIN and TOUCAN. "Bei Bedarf Grün anfordern" - Request green if required. A traffic light pedestrians and cycists may "turn on" if they feel they need one. There was no traffic on the road so I crossed without requesting green but also without crossing in red.
