I couldn't pick up any details here but it's a good demonstration of how when the road conditions get worse, drivers don't seem to respond at all and even get worse.
Checking out both taxis here, it's quite clear the first stops fully in the ASL (and it wasn't an emergency stop as the lights changed), then the second comes right up behind me at speed and bullies me out of the way, then goes into the cycle lane.
