I haven't put one of these up recently, so I thought it time.
This street clearly has very little space. As a lorry approaches he slows down and tries to make as much room on my side of the road.
As good as that is, it's still pretty scary and I've already decided to pull over. There's no point here trying to play chicken with a good few tons!
I pull into a spot and track stand whilst he speeds up, flashes and waves in thanks, and I move off after he's passed. This slowed me by a few seconds, him by a few seconds and a good example of two transport types learning to share the road.
Thanks driver, very good interaction and much appreciated both the care and the thanks.
