Another example of the "I must get past" attitude from some drivers, including the professional ones.
The driver makes the pass just before the (illegally) parked car and has to squeeze in with an oncoming bus. Of course, the traffic isn't going any faster than me, so the driver is going nowhere. A poor manouevre, gaining nothing whilst risking the safety of others.
Again, breaking "Highway code rule 163".
