Coming up Bridge Street and turning into Round Church Street is my right of way.

The taxi approaching does not have right of way. However, the driver ignores me until about half way round the corner then has second thoughts and stops in my path. I'm afforded a small space to get past.

It was all quite slow, just a dumb manoeuvre by someone in control of 1 ton of metal.
