This road has parking spaces on the left side many of which are empty. I do not ride in the parking section as it's not seen as positive riding. Car drivers often miss anyone in these areas and fail to overtake properly. I still ride on the edge, so careful drivers can pass if there's room.
However, poor drivers, like this Panther Taxi driver, don't give enough room. Oncoming traffic and "I must get past" attitude. Again, breaking "Highway code rule 163".

You'll notice that they got to the end of the road at the same time as me. So, additionally, pointlessly dangerous.
