Stretford Mall: Where people park their cycles against a barrier. The cycle parking in the background (next to the lady) in the car parking area is ignored because it is useless. This useless parking recently replaced perfectly adequate sheffield stands which were used by cyclists with disabilities. DDA Disability Discrimination Act has been ignored IMO.
