Narrow footway with a chicane created by cycle parking and seating creating awkward manoeuvres like this.

The problem was reported using the system at:
bcc.maps.arcgis.com/apps/CrowdsourceReporter/index.html

I got an email back saying:

"Thank you for reporting an improvement to the highway.

We'll read your report and deal with the issue if it's an immediate risk to public safety. Unfortunately we cannot respond to individual requests but will be in touch if we need more information.

There is very limited public funding to fulfil these requests and that means we cannot guarantee everything will be progressed, but by using this new mapping tool you will help inform our priorities and decisions made by your local councillors. This could be through CIL funding by the Area Committees, development control or major projects."
