[UPDATE 29.7.22. I asked: "Have you changed the operating model? Have you changed the rental rates? Have you changed the geo-fencing?" Response from Tier; "Yes, CYC passed the decision to permit TIER e-bikes to be parked at cycle racks across the city. This is going to be a great way to make our great e-bikes available to more and more people across the city. We are monitoring the capacity at the bays very closely so there will be space for pedal cycles."

This is the second time this week I have seen two Tier machines together as if they are being used as hire cycles for one user for multiple trips on the same day.
