[Image taken 18.7.22] York rail station, York. [NOTE: No street view at this location] The two-tier racks are full again. Despite being inaccessible to many cyclists. The racks emptied out during covid. (During part of 2020 we were not permitted to use trains. At other times, cycles parked at the stations were checked to see if they were in use - if they moved.)
