I reported this on the county highways web form in February - 'It's a hole that you occasionally fix but it keeps coming back, perhaps because vehicles are turning. Please do it properly!'
and received a reply in June - 'We are pleased to confirm that work has been ordered to address this issue which will be carried out within 12 weeks.'
And it's been done - let's see how it goes.
