[UPDATE: 1.2.22 I saw the compound/fencing had gone.] [Image taken 27.1.22] Marygate carpark/Frederic Street junction with Marygate Lane, York. No exit for anyone: mobility scooter users, wheelchair users, people with buggies, people on cycles (the Tier-e hire bikes or scooters see: #164663), pedestrians. No warning. There is no other exit on this side for non-motorised vehicles. No diversion signs. Context: #178077. The EV bays are included in the compound. A safe route through the car park could be created alongside the fencing see: #178223.
