[Image taken 15.7.19] Bishopthorpe Road, York. Southlands Methodist Church (southlandsmethodistchurch.org.uk/) This ad hoc accommodating of people who cycle is considered acceptable by the Church. There is a small car park but not even one space could be made available for cycle parking. Getting to and from the railings is not straightforward, intuitive or safe. It is not accessible. People are not protected while attaching cycles and the bikes are not protected at any time. See also image from May 2019: #171844 and an update from July 2021: #171842.
