[Image taken 6.7.21] Tanner Row, York. The badly parked hire scooters and cycles - see: #171438 prevented this cargo cycle rider from using the racks. The knock-on effect was more clutter, more hazards and an even less attractive space. Other images today see: #171434 and links.
