The scheme will also include a new landscaped link from the train station, opposite the site, through to Toft Green and then onto Micklegate. The commercial brochure says there are “Extensive shower and drying facilities” and “54 secure cycle spaces” (hudsonquarteryork.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/HQ-Commercial-Brochure-Dft-4.lr_.pdf). The residential brochure says: “Dedicated and secure residents’ internal cycle store” (hudsonquarteryork.com/residences/specification/)
However, it had previously said: "Dedicated and secure residents’ internal cycle store, with cycle maintenance facilities". Have the latter been removed from the spec or just the description?
