[Image taken 4.5.21] Hudson Quarter (residential and commercial development), Toft Green, York. Mixed residential and commercial premises completed in spring 2021: “Hudson Quarter is a flagship project being developed by Palace Capital plc and will include 127 flats, a new Grade A office building of 35,000 sq ft and commercial space, located in four buildings around a landscaped central courtyard. The scheme will also include a new landscaped link from the train station, opposite the site, through to Toft Green and then onto Micklegate. (www.makeityork.com/business-support-advice/a-place-to-do-business/hudson-quarter-hq/) That “landscaped link” is likely what is mean by a “cycle route through the site” (hudsonquarteryork.com/2019/06/25/first-apartments-released-at-prestigious-hudson-quarter-development/)
The commercial brochure says there are “Extensive shower and drying facilities” and “54 secure cycle spaces” (hudsonquarteryork.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/HQ-Commercial-Brochure-Dft-4.lr_.pdf). The residential brochure says: “Dedicated and secure residents’ internal cycle store” (hudsonquarteryork.com/residences/specification/)
However, it had previously said: "Dedicated and secure residents’ internal cycle store, with cycle maintenance facilities". Have the latter been removed from the spec or just the description?
