[Image taken 1.5.21] Marygate car park, York. City of York Council seem unaware of how many people pass through the car park to reach the riverside walks or Scarborough Bridge and the importance of providing gaps in the fencing to enable people to do so. By closing off this option people are left only with the gap next to the Tier scooter/ebike bays.
