[Image taken 20.4.21] Rougier Street junction with Wellington Row, York. Tier electric hire cycle. I moved it to the rack to test the weight - very heavy, and to get a better image. The cycles like the scooters have two-pronged stands. They don't need external support for example from a Sheffield rack. This example is so new it still has the sticky plastic over the lights and tape over the handlebars. Some of the screws for the basket were loose. The seat post has graduations marked on it so is intended to be raised or lowered to suit the person riding it but I couldn't see how to do it. Other images of this bike today see: #167509 and links.
