[Image taken 9.4.21] Rougier Street, York. The driver of a Travelodge vehicle avoids loading taking place on the left but uses the contraflow cycle lane to do so. At the junction, a metre further up, the driver turns right (not shown) and therefore blocks entry to the contraflow.
