[Image taken 20.3.21] Tanner Row, York. The Tier scooter parking is too close to the Sheffields. (For all related issues and images see: #164846.) This cyclist started to try to take his bike out backwards but would have had to lift it. So he wheeled it out forwards. But there is no drop kerb and there are hazards. See also: #165820
