A pram arm pointing to the right has been left on the cental bollard of this crossing. It is a potential hazard, especially to children's legs ( see photo #9376 ) where they are carried on child seats. The black painted bollards are also a hazard at night, being hard to see, but the pram arm is the most stupid bit.
