Awful Anti-Bicycle Obstruction under the South Wales Railway on Alney Island, Gloucester. A Mental Metal Contraption to stop Bicycles on the National Cycleway Network. It locks people out with Dutch Bicycles, Tandems, Wide Handlebars, likewise the Mobility Impaired will be hindered. This useless Blockage is under the low height Bridge with no Warning Signs Under the Low Bridge.
