Emergency ambulances attending addresses in Thoday Street stop in the middle of the road and sometimes remain there for around an hour. Motor traffic is left to stare at the back of the ambulance and there are intermittent toots from some of the vehicles in the queue. We've also had loud music blasting out of one the vehicles.

This is the second time in a month that this has happened.
