It's really great to have new cycle parking in Romsey, but the workmanship on the installation is rather disappointing.

The racks and bollards have been left covered with ugly dirt smears - which look to me like concrete dust.
The ground too has also been left rather badly covered with the dried concrete powder. It all feels very unloved.

All that was needed I think was a good hose down, sweeping with a good stiff brush and wiping the bollards and racks with a damp cloth.
