Argyle Street with new street cycle parking.
Measurements from left to right accurate to 5cm:
Left footway: 180cm
Cycle lane: 165cm
Carriageway between offside edge of white line and bollard: 265cm
Offside edge of bollard to right kerb: 150cm
Right footway: 165cm
Effective carriageway width by the racks: 165+265 = 430cm.
The spacing between racks is roughly 1 metre but varies by 10cm.
The bollard at the far end is 10.5 metres from the Mill Road carriageway (i.e. where the gutter is).
The term 'offside' above should be interpreted as meaning the side nearest the middle of the road.
